SINUMERIK CNC PROGRAM FOR COMBINE CYCLE 95 & 97

HOW TO ENTER THREADING CYCLE 97 INTO THE PROGRAM

STEP1 :- Press "PROGRAM MANAGER" button.                                                                          

   STEP2:- After pressing program manager , there  will be shown list of program. Press "NEW" for enter new program.

   STEP3:-  After press new type program name . ex HARSH.MPF                                                   

      STEP4:- Write program except CYCLE 97 . Skip space for it .

      STEP5:- After press "Turning " and press " Thread cutting" 

          STEP6:- Put value in "CYCLE 97" and press ok.
               ( Note : In VARI  we can not put value directly , there is four option we generaly but we                                   always select for external thread 3 and internal thread 4.)

          STEP7:- Program successfully entered .
