Graph mode is used in CNC to check program simulations. In
this you get information about tool movement and whether the program is right
or not. This means that in this mode you can take a demonstration of the
program. We will follow the steps below to see the graph of the program.
Step 1 – Press “PROG” key
.
(Select the program to see the graph)
Step 2 – Press “AUTO” key
.
Step 3 - If “PROGRAM
PROTECT” Key is on then it turns OFF.
Step 4 – Press “M/C LOCK” key. (machine lock key On MDI panel)
If the machine is not locked, the machine will turn on completely.
Step 5 – Press “GRAPH” key
. (which is on MDI panel)
Step 6 – Go on the screen
there is PARAM option
a) Press “PARAM” option which is on
screen by using just below soft key.
Next, we want to put the actual dimension of the workpiece in the Work Length & Work diameter.
b) Type work length value, then press “INSERT”
key.
c)Type work diameter value, then
press “INSERT” key.
Step 7 – Press “NORMAL” option which is on screen by using just below soft key.
Step 8 – Scroll bottom menu of the screen by using a cursor on the soft key.
Then
Press “GRAPH” option which is on
screen by using just below soft key.
Step 9 – Reduce “FEED OVERRIDE”.
Step 10 – Press “CYCLE START” key.
