1]Drum type magazine:-
The shape of drum type tool magazine is cylindrical drum. At face of this drum , the number of tool are mount at same distance. There are hold different tool at same place and provide tool no for each tool. On drum type tool magazine we store up to 30 to 40 .
2]Chain type :- In this type of tool magazine are rotate like chain , and on this chain number tool are mounted at same distance . Provide tool number for each tool . In which CNC have need of more than 50 tool in that case CNC machine used chain type tool magazine . In this magazine we hold tool maximum 80 to 120 tool in chain type.
